Great location in a peaceful area near lush greenery and clear waters. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating to requests. Clean and comfortable rooms with great scenic views from the balcony. the hotel also had ample parking spaces, which made it convenient to park their cars.
Limited dining options with set meal times, which may not suit all guests. the wellness facilities could be improved in terms of layout and aesthetics as they seemed impractical and not ergonomically designed.

the hotel was situated within walking distance of a train up the mountain, which made transportation super easy. the hotel was very close to the Schneeberg hiking trails, which I found to be one of the best trails in the region.
There was one issue with the hotel that dampened my experience. the hotel lacked adequate communication with their guests, and the reception staff struggled with speaking English which made communication difficult.

We had a wonderful time here! The hotel provided us with bicycles to explore the beautiful scenery and we even walked to the train station to take a train up the mountain. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean and cozy.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant had great food, including fresh fruit for breakfast and tasty salads for lunch and dinner. the wellness area was nice and there was a warm swimming pool to relax in after a long day of work.
the hotel needs some updating and the internet could be stronger. We also found it inconvenient that check-out was not until 7:30am, which posed a challenge for early departures.
